returns & exchanges
1. Let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange.
Send an email to email@example.com containing the information as below
a. email title : your full name and what you are seeking --> Refund / Exchange / Claim
e.g. Emily Davis - Exchange
b. content : write a quick brief to specify which item(s) and the issue(s)
c. personal detail : full name, contact number, posting address
2. Pack your garment in suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).
3. Please ship the items in the post to us, we're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. (If you live within Australia, we prefer you to use Australian Express Post to track the parcel)

4. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. Unfortunately you cannot track your returned order, but if you have any queries, we are happy to help you.
Any enquiry should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take care of everything when your goods arrive back and we'll let you know if there's anything we need to talk to you about.
